The dominating console in the 32-bit console wars, the Sony Playstation was the game that proved that "Gamers have Grown Up". Now, first generation gamers brought up on the SNES and Megadrive have their own money, and want a more sophisticated action. This console spawned franchises such as Grand Theft Auto and Tomb Raider, one's thing for sure: it's not just for kids gaming.

There were some nice games for this console, particularly the Tekken, Gran Tourismo and Ridge Racer franchises, but with this site I hope to delve into the real gems of games!
