Over the next few months on Retro Garden we’ll be counting down Play Expo, which will be held on Manchester on 11th & 12th of October. Here’s the first piece of news – Charles Cecil (of Broken Sword Fame) will be at Play Expo.

Waking Amy – Kickstarter Project Now Live

Kickstarter, for gaming, has been a revelation in driving down the barrier of entry for games. Gamers can invest small amounts of cash for nice rewards in video games. One such game is “Waking Amy”, a fun little video 2.5D platformer inspired by Playstation’s platformers. With 20 days to go until the funding deadline, I take a look at an early alpha build, and what to expect.
